Hyderabad:Pega Systems India Endowments Suman Reddy said"In the past five years,the difference between the availability of information technology and the demand for engineers has not increased in the wages of fresher employees."More than 10 lakh engineers across the country are coming out of college every year.Everyone is trying to get a job in the software field.The industry is able to provide only 2-2 lakh jobs annually.It means that every four engineers have the opportunity to choose one.There is no need for companies to raise their initial wage salaries for the companies being more than demanding.However,those who specialize in digital sciences and robotics,who join the lower wages,are getting faster wages.Yet,domestic companies are paying salaries at the global level,and the domestic sector is more likely to be a wage compared to other industries.He spoke at the launch of the Pega Teach for Change program with'Teach for Change' to increase students' English and leadership skills in public schools.The Deloitte report says that 7,000-8,000 experts from America will be able to withdraw from 2017 due to uncertainty over H1B visas.Normally,every year there are 1,000-2,000 people who return to India.Teaching for Change will help increase the English and leadership skills of the students who study in grades 6 to 10 in government schools in Hyderabad,Vijayawada,Visakhapatnam,Bangalore and Chennai under the Pega Teach for Change program.Provides the tofell certification to students.10 computer labs will also be creted. These computer labs can also be used as digital libraries for students.In this program,Tech for Change founder Laxmi Manchu, CEO Chaitanya MRSK,VVS Laxman participated.
